Job responsibilities:

1) Receive the order request from customer, confirm the order information with customer.
2) Create and manage the sales order in ERP system.

3) Pass the order information to procurement department and make sure the order requirements are fully understood. 
4) Maintain the physical samples and inventory.
5) Organize physical sample distribution when necessary.
6) Attend the product knowledge training held by suppliers.
7) Attend relevant trade-shows on approval.  
8) Prepare and maintain Product Specification and Customer Product Data Sheets in physical and electronic form. 

9) Follow up the order transportation.
10) Notice finance to issue invoice and send invoice to customer.

11) Deal with service feedback and improve work accordingly.

Job requirements:

1) Work experience in machinery field is preferred.
2) Good at Mandarin and English.
3) Proficient computer skill with MS Office.

4) Good interpersonal skills and customer service minded.

3) Negotiate on issues such as pricing and minimum order quantities.  
4) Periodic local travel to visit suppliers premises. 
5) Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure products meet specification and quality standard. 
6) Attend the product knowledge training held by suppliers.
7) Attend relevant trade-shows on approval. 

Job requirements:
